Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Clover POS.
• Serve drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations, demonstrating strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change with precision using POS and cash handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food handling and safety regulations.
• Engage with customers to promote specials, upsell beverages, and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar area for events such as banquets or nightclub functions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, fine dining, or hospitality environments preferred; nightclub or banquet experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Clover POS is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and sales transactions accurately.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts.
