*Must be available on Friday and Saturday evenings.

You must be able to lift up to 50lbs and be on your feet for approximately 6-10 hours.

Must be 21 years of age or older. Must have at least 2 year experience in the restaurant industry for server position.

Must have or obtain Indiana Alcohol serving permit.

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a vibrant dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.
• Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system, including Aloha POS or OpenTable if applicable.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Assist in food preparation as needed to support the kitchen team during busy periods.
• Uphold all food handling and safety regulations to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a server role within fine dining settings is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety standards is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
