Bar Server

Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our taproom team as Bar Servers. You will be the face of our brewery, providing exceptional customer service while serving our delicious craft beers.

Duties

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Serve beer and other beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Process customer payments and operate point-of-sale system.
• Provide beer recommendations and educate customers about our products.
• Assist with restocking inventory and maintaining bar supplies.
• Adhere to all liquor laws and regulations.

Experience

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds for a short period.
• Must be 21 years of age or above.

This role will be a part-time, tipped role.
