Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, attentive manner to create a welcoming atmosphere and address their needs promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and stock storage.
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as garnishing drinks or handling light snacks when required.
• Support catering events or banquet functions by providing efficient bar service in high-volume settings.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations diligently to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Restock bar supplies regularly and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages during busy periods.

Experience

• Previous experience working in fine dining establishments or high-end hospitality environments is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
• Experience in serving beverages at bars, restaurants, or catering events is essential.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards within the food industry.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques related to garnishing or light snack service is advantageous.
• Banquet experience or catering background will be considered a plus for supporting large events.
• Barista experience or hospitality background that emphasizes excellent service and multitasking skills is desirable. Pay: $19.00 - $23.50 per hour
