Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to create a lively atmosphere and promote customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Assist with food preparation tasks related to bar snacks or light bites, supporting overall restaurant operations.
• Manage cash register transactions accurately, handle payments efficiently, and issue receipts promptly.
• Support catering and banquet events by setting up bars, serving drinks, and ensuring smooth service during busy periods.
• Follow all food handling procedures and safety protocols to uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Experience

• Previous experience in fine dining or high-end hospitality environments is highly desirable.
• Strong background in customer service, with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Experience serving in bars or restaurants, including knowledge of food handling and beverage preparation techniques.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations within the food industry.
• Barista experience or familiarity with coffee preparation is a plus.
• Experience working at banquets or catering events demonstrates adaptability in fast-paced settings.

Pay: $18.53 - $24.73 per hour
