Bar Staff/Bartender

Bartending Opportunity

An established entertainment venue featuring a bar and restaurant with weekly live music performances and a high-energy DJ atmosphere is currently seeking experienced and motivated Bartenders to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Provide excellent customer service and guest experience
• Verify customer identification and legal drinking age requirements
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and health department standards
• Operate restaurant POS systems efficiently
• Monitor inventory and assist with organizing bar supplies
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced live entertainment environment
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with guests and staff

Requirements

• · Excellent customer service skills
• · Knowledge of food & beverage (F&B) operations
• · Experience with restaurant POS systems Square
• · Problem-solving abilities
• · Positive and professional attitude
• · Basic computer knowledge, Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• · Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
• · Strong verbal communication skills
• · Team-oriented with strong work ethic
• · Ability to stay guest-focused under pressure
