Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and friendly Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Duties: - Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner - Ensure accurate cash handling and process payments using the POS system - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed - Adhere to all food handling and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of customers - Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere and build rapport - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Qualifications: - Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably as a bartender or server - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer needs and requests - Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and drink preparation techniques - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Basic math skills for accurately processing payments and making change - Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and maintain accurate records - Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and inventory management - Understanding of food handling safety regulations and willingness to follow them diligently Note: All positions at our establishment are paid positions.
