Barback

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced bar staff to provide an excellent guest experience. Good bar staff will strive to exceed customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes salary and tips.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers, take orders, clear and sanitize tables/counters/chairs
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Restock and replenish inventory and supplies
• Support bartender when needed, including assisting with drink production
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Skills

• Computer literacy/POS experience
• Bartending experience and drink knowledge preferred
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep stations and restaurant organized, stocked and clean
• Current food handlers card
• Current Responsible Beverage Server certification

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.90 per hour
