Duties

• Prepare and serve beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
• Restock bar supplies, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware, to ensure seamless service during busy hours
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area through regular cleaning, sanitizing surfaces, and proper food handling procedures
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as garnishing drinks or preparing simple snacks for guests
• Operate POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS accurately for orders and payments
• Buss tables and clear empty glasses or dishes to keep the bar area tidy and inviting
• Support catering events or banquet setups by providing beverage service and ensuring guest satisfaction

Skills

• Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
• Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is highly desirable
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing
• Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation practices
• Experience working in nightclubs, hotels, or catering environments is a plus
• Ability to multitask effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail
• Kitchen experience or barista background can enhance your ability to prepare drinks and handle food items confidently
