Responsibilities

• Support bartenders by restocking supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages to ensure efficient service during busy hours.
• Prepare and serve beverages accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring proper cash handling and transaction processing.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning glasses, utensils, and work surfaces to uphold health and safety standards.
• Buss tables and clear empty dishes or glasses promptly to keep the bar and dining area tidy and inviting.
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as garnishing drinks or preparing simple bar snacks in coordination with kitchen staff.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and responding promptly to their needs in a lively nightclub or banquet environment.
• Support catering events or hotel functions by helping set up stations, serving guests, and ensuring smooth operation throughout the event.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is highly preferred; experience in nightclubs, banquet settings, or catering is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for cash handling and order processing.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to perform cleaning duties diligently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
• Experience with food handling, bussing, serving, or barista work is advantageous; hotel or food industry background is beneficial.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and basic kitchen experience helps support bar operations efficiently.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed during shifts.
