- A heartfelt commitment to hospitality
- Be punctual and ready to hustle
- Anticipate bartender’s need so well they think you can read their mind
- Keep glassware stocked, juices fresh and filled, bar tops clean and free of clutter
- Monitoring the floor and keeping the space in tip top shape
- Learning the products, drink recipes, and preparation techniques at your bar
- Seek to build genuine connections with every guest
- Welcome all people into the community and family of your bar
- Always be developing your craft
- Ensuring quality over convenience with every aspect of service
- Able to be on your feet for up to 8 hours
- Able to lift up to 75lbs
