Barback (Own visa and Abu Dhabi only)

Job Title: Barback (Bar Support Staff)

Salary: 1,500 AED per month

Location: Al Rahah, Abu Dhabi

Working Days: Every Thursday, Friday, Saturday.

Duration: 6 month project

Responsibilities (Typical)

• Replenish and stock all bar inventory, including liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and garnishes.
• Ensure ice wells are continuously filled during service hours.
• Collect, wash, polish, and restock clean glassware quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area, bar tops, and equipment.
• Assist with changing beer kegs and handling beverage storage.
• Support bartenders during peak hours to ensure smooth service flow.
• Handle trash and recycling disposal for the bar area.

Requirements (Typical)

• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for long shifts.
• Strong organizational skills and efficiency in a high-volume environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and a proactive team player.
