Duties

• Perform a variety of hair services including beard shaving, fades, men's facials, hair treatments.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas.
• Assist with retail sales by upselling products and promoting store merchandise effectively.
• Support store management with daily operations and inventory management as needed.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and providing personalized recommendations.

Skills

• Proven experience and ability to perform men's haircuts and hair styling.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and barbering licensing requirements.
• Excellent communication skills to engage clients professionally and effectively.
