ROLE PURPOSE

As a Barber at Kare Kut Gents Salon, you will represent our brand by providing top-quality grooming services to clients. You will ensure each customer receives an exceptional experience through professional cutting techniques, modern styling, hygiene standards, and excellent service. You will also support daily salon operations, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and uphold Kare Kut’s reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handling customer concerns or feedback professionally.
• Supporting team members during peak hours or special promotions.
• Staying updated with modern barbering trends, techniques, and tools.
• Managing time efficiently and ensuring minimal waiting time for clients.
• Ensuring the salon remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Providing professional haircuts, beard trimming, shaving, and styling services.
• Maintaining high hygiene and sterilization standards for all tools and workstations.
• Performing grooming treatments including facials, hair spa, and hair-care applications.
• Consulting with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles.
• Recommending products and promoting salon services to enhance customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fluent in English (Required).
• Certification or training in barbering is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Non-Arabic speakers preferred (foreign barbers only).
• Knowledge of hygiene, sterilization, and salon safety standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a customer-first mindset.
• Skilled in modern cutting techniques, fades, classic cuts, beard styling, and shaving.
• Minimum 2–3 years of professional barbering experience (UAE experience preferred).
