Job Title: Salon Stylist

As a Salon Stylist, you’ll be the heartbeat of our vibrant salon environment, where creativity meets customer satisfaction! What you’ll do

• Deliver outstanding hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
• Utilize your skills in hair extensions and eyelash extensions to enhance client looks and boost their confidence.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations.
• Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments using salon software such as MINDBODY.
• Provide top-notch customer service by actively listening to clients and offering personalized recommendations.
• Mentor junior stylists and assist in their professional development through guidance and support.
• Engage in retail sales by upselling products that complement the services provided.
• Conduct makeup application and nail care services as needed to meet diverse client requests.

Basic qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or barbering license.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with salon software, particularly MINDBODY.
• Knowledge of retail math to assist with sales tracking and inventory management.
• Proficiency in straight razor techniques for precision cutting.
• Familiarity with hair threading techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $90.00 - $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
