We prioritize flexible positions, including available in house demonstrations, to ensure every team member is valued and supported from day one.

Duties

• Provide haircuts, hairstyles, and other grooming services tailored to each client's preferences and needs.
• Perform specialized services such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, nail care services and more to enhance client satisfaction.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and work areas in accordance with health regulations.
• Assist by greeting clients and ensuring smooth salon operations.
• Being open to sharing technical skills like straight razor shaves, makeup application, and nail service techniques.

Experience

• Proven experience in cosmetology, barbering, nail technician, or aesthetics.
• Hands-on expertise in your selected field.
• Excellent communication skills to connect with clients effectively and upsell your services.
• Community oriented.
• Ability to mentor others while demonstrating professionalism in sanitation practices and customer service excellence.
