We are a renowned Gents Salon dedicated to providing top-quality grooming and styling services to our valued clients. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, professionalism, and creativity, we’re looking for a skilled and passionate Male Barber/Stylist to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and consult with clients about their preferred hairstyles and grooming needs.
• Cut, trim, and style hair according to client instructions.
• Shave, trim, and shape beards and mustaches.
• Wash and condition clients’ hair.
• Apply coloring, hair treatments, and styling products.
• Use clippers, scissors, razors, and other tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitize all equipment after each use.
• Provide face, scalp, and neck massages.
• Offer hairstyle suggestions and advice based on client features and preferences.
• Supervise and guide apprentices or trainees when required.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Barber/Stylist in a professional gents salon.
• Strong knowledge of current hair trends and grooming techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail, hygiene, and personal presentation.
• Ability to work as part of a professional salon team.
