*Job Overview*

We are seeking a dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages and light food offerings in a fast-paced café setting.

*Duties*

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to customers

- Take customer orders and process payments using cash registers

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace

- Maintain a clean and organized lobby

- Assist in food preparation and handling

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly

- Uphold high standards of quality control for all beverages and food items served

*Requirements*

-Experience with latte art

-Experience with a manual espresso machine

- Previous experience in a café or similar setting is preferred but not required

-Leadership experience preferred but not required

- Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions

- Excellent customer service skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment independently

- Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques is a plus

- Willingness to learn and help out with various tasks as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
