- Beverage Preparation: Crafting a range of espresso-based drinks, other hot and cold beverages, and teas following prescribed recipes and techniques.
- Customer Service: Greeting customers, taking orders, accurately recording customer preferences, and providing menu assistance and product recommendations.
- Payment Processing: Receiving and processing customer payments accurately.
- Store Operations: Monitoring and replenishing stock, including coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
- Cleanliness: Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment by regularly cleaning work areas, equipment, and seating areas.
- Equipment Management: Monitoring the proper operation of brewing and other equipment, troubleshooting minor issues, and calling for repairs when necessary.
- Inventory Management: Assisting with tracking food and beverage inventory and managing stock in display cases and behind the counter.
