As we continue to grow in the Berkshires and greater tri-state area, we’re looking for enthusiastic Baristas to join our team at our cafés in Canaan, CT and Great Barrington, MA.

No prior barista experience is required. What matters most is your excitement to learn, ability to work as part of a team, and passion for engaging with customers. Responsibilities

As a Barista at Ilse Coffee, you’ll:

• Make high-quality espresso drinks, drip coffee, tea and specialty drinks with care and consistency
• Provide warm, attentive, and genuine service to every guest
• Share product knowledge and help customers discover new coffees
• Keep the café clean, organized, and welcoming
• Work collaboratively with teammates to maintain smooth day-to-day operations
• Support café setup, restocking, and closing duties
• Represent Ilse Coffee’s values and commitment to excellence in everything you do
