Barista

We’re looking for a Senior Barista who brings more than just skill—they bring soul to the bar. This role is ideal for someone who’s mastered the craft of coffee, juices, and mixology, and is ready to lead by example. You’ll be the anchor of the beverage team, ensuring consistency, creativity, and speed across every shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a full range of drinks: espresso-based coffee, pour-overs, fresh juices, mocktails, frappes, and shakes
• Support junior baristas with training, workflow guidance, and quality control
• Contribute to seasonal drink development and visual presentation standards
• Maintain bar hygiene, stock rotation, and prep systems with precision
• Ensure every drink meets brand standards for taste, speed, and aesthetics
• Communicate clearly with team and management to ensure smooth operations
• Uphold “clean as you go” discipline and proactive bar readiness

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 4 years of barista experience across hot and cold beverage categories
• Strong knowledge of espresso calibration, milk steaming, and drink layering
• Confident in juice blending, mocktail creation, and dessert-style beverages
• Fluent in English with a warm, professional attitude
• Passion for drink aesthetics and customer engagement
• Reliable, self-managed, and committed to team harmony
• Full-time availability, including weekends and evening shifts

Location & Commute

• Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate before starting
• Reliable daily commute is essential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,200.00 per month
