Salary: Upto 2000 AED per month

Duty Hours: 11 hours per day

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverages (lattes, cappuccinos, espressos, etc.)

Provide excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, kitchen area, and customer seating

Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system

Conduct daily cleaning tasks, including equipment maintenance and cleaning

Ensure the safe operation of all coffee equipment and machines

Assist with stock control, including notifying management of low supplies

Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Collaborate with team members to create a smooth and enjoyable work environment

Ensure customers are satisfied and address any concerns promptly

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role preferred

Passion for coffee and delivering top-notch customer service

Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Ability to operate coffee machines and other café equipment safely

Professional appearance and positive, customer-friendly attitude

Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods

Must be currently located in the UAE
