We are hiring for #Barista
Experience - 3 years to 5 years
location - #Oman
Looking for immediate joiner.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks (latte, cappuccino, macchiato, flat white, etc.) according to standard recipes.
2. Steam, froth, and texture milk for lattes, cappuccinos, and specialty drinks.
3. Operate coffee machines and grinders with precision; adjust grind size and extraction as needed.
4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar, equipment, and workstation.
5. Ensure proper storage of coffee beans, milk, and other ingredients.
6. Handle cash transactions and POS systems accurately.
7. Educate customers on coffee varieties, brewing methods, and bean origin.
8. Manage inventory of coffee supplies and notify the supervisor when stocks run low.
9. Assist in creating specialty drinks or seasonal offerings.
10. Maintain a friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude with all customers.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Barista in a café, hotel, or specialty coffee shop.
2. Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining consistency.
4. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
5. Knowledge of espresso machine operation, grinder calibration, and milk steaming.
6. Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
7. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
