Barista

Yamanote Atelier, a homegrown Japanese concept renowned for its artisanal pastries, specialty coffee, and exceptional guest experience, is looking for passionate and service-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide warm, professional, and personalized service to every guest.
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and bakery items according to Yamanote standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café and service areas.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and uphold our brand’s reputation for excellence.
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver an unforgettable dining experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Barista in a premium café or restaurant.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and latte art is a plus!
