Barista

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso beverages, teas, and specialty drinks according to company recipes and standards
• Greet customers, take orders accurately, and provide product recommendations
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other café equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including counters, equipment, and seating areas
• Restock inventory such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, pastries, and paper goods
• Handle cash, card payments, and POS transactions
• Follow food safety rules and hygiene guidelines
• Support team members and contribute to smooth daily operations
• Manage drive-thru service (if applicable)
• Uphold the café’s brand, values, and customer service standards
