Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
- Provide product information, recommendations, and accommodate special requests.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure a positive experience.
Beverage & Food Preparation
- Prepare espresso-based drinks, cold beverages, teas, and other menu items.
- Follow recipes and presentation standards for consistency.
- Operate coffee equipment: espresso machines, grinders, brewers, blenders, etc.
- Prepare and serve pastries, sandwiches, or other light food items if offered.
Operations & Cleanliness
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, café seating area, and equipment.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Refill supplies (beans, milk, syrups, cups, napkins).
- Assist with opening and closing tasks, including cash register counts.
Sales & Cash Handling
- Process orders using POS systems.
- Handle cash, credit, mobile payments accurately.
- Upsell or suggest additional menu items when appropriate.
Teamwork & Communication
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet customer demand.
- Communicate inventory needs and equipment issues to supervisors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,600.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Al Quoz: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
