Barista

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our café team. The ideal candidate has a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and beverages according to recipes and standards
• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
• Provide menu recommendations and product knowledge to customers
• Maintain cleanliness of coffee machines, workstations, and customer areas
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Flexible availability, including weekends and shifts
• Basic English communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
