Job Description:

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold beverages with high quality in accordance with the company’s standards, while delivering excellent customer service that ensures customer satisfaction and reflects the brand’s professional image.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve all types of coffee beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) and other hot and cold drinks with accuracy and professionalism.

Follow approved recipes and preparation standards.

Greet customers and interact with them in a courteous and professional manner.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and equipment.

Ensure the availability of raw materials and report any shortages.

Operate and perform basic maintenance of coffee equipment properly.

Comply with health and safety regulations.

Cooperate with the team to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Previous experience as a barista is preferred.

Knowledge of coffee preparation basics and espresso machine operation.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours.

Commitment to professional appearance and personal hygiene.

Flexibility in working shifts.
