Barista

Job Description:We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to prepare and serve coffee and other menus to our customers. The ideal candidate should have high discipline, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages & menu according to Shaghf Cafe standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and cafe area.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Follow health and safety guidelines in food and beverage preparation.
• Perform other tasks as assigned that may not be listed but are essential for smooth cafe operations.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately.

Requirements / qualifications:

• Previous experience as a barista preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and shifts as needed.
• Preferable if you are already residing in the UAE.
