Location: Sharjah / Dubai

About the Role
We are looking for a talented and passionate Barista to join our luxury chocolaterie and café team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in specialty coffee preparation, manual brewing methods, and refined coffee artistry. With a focus on premium quality, elegant presentation, and exceptional customer engagement, the Barista will play a key role in delivering a memorable experience that complements our signature chocolates and desserts.

Key Responsibilities

Coffee Craftsmanship

· Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages, from espresso-based classics to cold brews and specialty creations.

· Demonstrate mastery of manual brewing techniques such as pour-over, AeroPress, siphon, and Chemex.

· Maintain consistent quality and flavor, ensuring every cup aligns with the standards of a luxury café.

Coffee Art & Presentation

· Create elegant latte art and visually refined presentations that elevate the customer experience.

· Support junior baristas in developing advanced coffee art and presentation skills.

Specialty Coffee Knowledge

· Strong knowledge of premium and specialty coffee beans, roasting profiles, and tasting notes.

· Share expertise with customers and staff by highlighting the connection between luxury coffee, fine chocolates, and desserts.

· Contribute to the selection of seasonal specialty beans to complement the café’s high-end offerings.

Customer Experience

· Deliver attentive, personalized service by understanding guest preferences and offering tailored recommendations.

· Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that reflects the sophistication of a luxury chocolaterie and café.

· Uphold hygiene, cleanliness, and brand presentation standards at all times.

Operations & Teamwork

· Monitor coffee bean and ingredient inventory to ensure freshness and availability.

· Assist with supply management and contribute ideas for seasonal menu pairings and promotions.

· Collaborate closely with the café team to maintain smooth daily operations and a premium guest experience.

Qualifications

· 4–6 years of barista experience, ideally in a luxury café, chocolaterie, or specialty coffee environment.

· Proven expertise in manual brewing methods and refined latte art.

· In-depth understanding of specialty coffee beans, roasting, and sensory profiles.

· Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced yet detail-oriented setting.

· Immediate availability is required.
