We are looking for a talented and passionate Female Barista to join our dynamic team across our branches in Abu Dhabi. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage experiences while contributing to a calm, luxurious spa atmosphere. You will be motivated to uphold the highest standards of drink quality, customer service, and brand presentation, with a strong focus on sales, consistency, and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Provide recommendations to clients for coffee, matcha, and specialty beverages
• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages including espresso-based drinks, matcha, teas, and specialty wellness drinks
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of coffee beans, milk alternatives, syrups, and beverage customization
• Operate and maintain professional espresso and coffee machines, grinders, and related equipment
• Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and portion control for every beverage served
• Confidently cross-sell and up-sell snacks, retail items, beverage add-ons, and promotions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic bar and preparation area at all times
• Provide warm, attentive, and personalized customer service aligned with a luxury spa environment
• Accurately handle orders, POS transactions, and cash/card payments
• Work towards achieving personal and combined weekly and monthly sales targets
• Monitor stock levels, product usage, and notify management of replenishment needs
• Create and maintain detailed client preferences and beverage history when required
• Participate in assigned training sessions to improve beverage, service, and sales skills
• Assist in creating beverage content for social media and marketing initiatives when required
• Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and a positive, can-do attitude at all times
• Work efficiently during peak hours while maintaining calm and composure

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• English proficiency is a must
• Minimum 3–4 years of professional barista experience
• Proven experience working with professional espresso machines and grinders
• Strong knowledge of coffee extraction, milk texturing, latte art (preferred), and matcha preparation
• Experience in specialty coffee, café, spa, or hospitality environments is an advantage
• Confidence in sales with the willingness to learn and improve upselling techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Willingness to adopt and follow the company standard operating procedures
• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and presentation
