Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee beverages, following recipes and maintaining consistent taste and presentation
• Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with customers to ensure a positive experience
• Take customer orders, handle cash transactions accurately, and maintain a clean and organized cash register
• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the coffee bar and workstations
• Keep track of inventory, restocking supplies as needed and notifying the manager of any shortages
• Collaborate with the team to create and maintain a welcoming and efficient work environment
• Stay up to date with new coffee trends and techniques, constantly improving your skills and knowledge
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Efficient and able to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards
• Motivated and committed to delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to take initiative when needed
• Transparent and honest in all interactions with customers and colleagues
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
