Barista

We are seeking an experienced, energetic Barista to join the Hometown team! We are a specialty coffee company, with our coffee bar and roastery located in the heart of Manchester, NH. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is passionate about the coffee and food industry, and enjoys working with people. The Barista plays a key role in our friendly team and should be driven to provide excellent customer service. You'll have the opportunity to be part of a growing brand that provides a great & fun working atmosphere!

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and serve specialty coffee & tea beverages
* Interact with both new and regular customers, explaining menu items and offering suggestions
* Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment at all times
* Follow health and safety guidelines
* Adhere to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items
* Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance
* Contribute to a positive team environment
* Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure

Barista skills
* At least one year in the coffee service industry
* 2+ years in the customer service industry
* Experienced and comfortable working in a busy atmosphere
* Friendly, outgoing and dedicated to outstanding customer service
* Tidy and self-disciplined
* Detailed-oriented
* Passionate about product quality and presentation
