Job Description:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, according to company standards.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment efficiently and safely.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and responding to inquiries in a friendly manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area, counters, and equipment at all times.
• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines in handling and storing products.
• Assist in displaying bakery or food items attractively to promote sales.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support team members during busy hours to ensure smooth and efficient service operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 per month
