Barista

Doxon Toyota of Auburn is looking to fill the position of Barista for The Garage Cafe. The primary responsibilities would include preparing and serving drinks and food, actively engage with customers, be compliant with WSHD rules and regulations, obtain and hold a valid Washington State Food Handlers Permit, restock items, maintain a clean and organized workspace, along with other assigned tasks. Schedule for this position will be Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday 6:30am to 5:00pm.

Compensation & Benefits Barista pay range is $18.00 to $20.00 an hour, plus tips. Payroll is paid on the 5th and 20th of each month. Eligible benefits include:

• Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance Benefits available for full-time employees & their families, would begin 1st of the month following 60 days of employment. Two programs: base and buy up.
• Overtime is paid at time and half.
• Paid Time Off is Accrual basis for the first 3 year at 1hour earned for every 40 hours worked. After 3 years, on anniversary date of employment, PTO is frontloaded. 3 – 5 years = 96 PTO hours, 6 – 9 years = 112 PTO hours, 10 – 14 years = 145 hours and 15 years and over = 160 PTO hours.
• 401K retirement plan with employer match up to 4%, after one year of employment.
