Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team in creating an inviting atmosphere for our customers. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. Your enthusiasm for coffee and customer service will help foster a welcoming café environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring consistency and quality in every cup (you'll be pulling espresso shots, crafting drinks, brewing coffee)
• Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, processing customer transactions efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery, including equipment, counters, and seating areas.
• Engage with customers to provide recommendations, take orders, and ensure satisfaction with their experience.
• Help manage inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed and reporting shortages to management.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that emphasizes teamwork and communication.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of barista experience
• Previous experience in customer service / food service setting preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
