Working at Kyo Matcha, Richfield involves providing a welcoming and efficient customer experience in a fast-paced, dessert-focused environment. Team members are responsible for preparing matcha beverages and desserts, ensuring each item meets presentation and taste standards.

Daily responsibilities include taking customer orders, operating the register, preparing drinks such as matcha lattes and specialty beverages, assembling desserts like soft serve and cakes, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the café. Employees are also expected to have a basic understanding of the menu to answer questions and make recommendations.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential, as staff are trained in proper matcha preparation and café procedures.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
