Position Summary

As a Barista, you will create a warm and inviting café experience for residents, families, and guests. You will prepare beverages, support light food service, and deliver exceptional customer service while fostering meaningful connections within our community.

Barista Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee, tea, and other beverages

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle transactions

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area

• Stock supplies and assist with inventory management

• Provide exceptional service in a warm, welcoming environment

• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Barista Qualifications

• Previous barista, food service, or cashier experience preferred

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor

• A genuine passion for creating meaningful connections with seniors and team members
