Opener comes in at 5AM.

We are open 6AM to 6PM Mon-Sat. Sunday 6AM to 4PM.

Open availability is a must.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Baristas to join our dynamic teams. The ideal candidate will have a love for customer service, providing an exceptional experience for our guests. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness in the café, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a FAST-paced environment. If you set a date and time for an interview and you do not show up...you will be reported to the Dept of unemployment. Our time is very important too.

195 Charlton Road Sturbridge (inside Noble gas)

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and food items with precision and care.
• Operate the Toast systems for order processing and payment transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and handling standards.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Assist in food preparation and serving as needed, contributing to overall café operations.
• Uphold high standards of quality in all beverages and food items served.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.
• All while having some fun!

Qualifications

• Previous barista experience or background in the coffee industry is preferred but, not necessary.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• YOU HAVE NO DRAMA.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
