Black Bear Coffee Company in Renton is hiring! 1 year coffee experience required We're looking to hire immediately. This is not a seasonal or short-term position. We ask the applicant is able to commit to at least a year of employment.

Job Description

~ Make quality coffee and non-coffee beverages, while following policies and procedures

~ Be a team player

~ Ability to engage with customers in a friendly and upbeat attitude

~ Be a self starter and work alone

~ Keep a clean and sanitary workspace

~ Maintain a valid Food handlers card

~ Perform different tasks assigned by management

~ Able to take direction and feedback from management and other team members

Schedule

This will be 1 closing shift during the week (12-7) and 1 closing shift on the weekend (11-6) about 14hrs a week. SATURDAY AND SUNDAY AVAILABILITY IS A MUST. Morning availability during the week to cover call outs is preferred

Wage

This position is minimum wage . Baristas receive tips after completing training, which is typically 2 weeks and done in the morning from 5-10am
