Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision.
• Take orders and Operate POS system to process transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Engage with customers warmly, providing excellent service that encourages loyalty and satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food handling and food safety protocols.
• Food preparation and food service tasks to support overall café operations.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations.
• Uphold food safety standards, ensure proper food handling procedures, and follow health regulations diligently.

Qualifications

• Previous barista experience or background in coffee service is highly preferred but not necessary.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous.
• Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, food preparation, and food handling procedures.
• Ability to perform retail math, cash handling, and basic math calculations accurately.

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
