Barista

Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Barista to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing coffee and a variety of beverages from our menu, operating the cash register, placing supply orders, and ensuring each customer enjoys a great experience. A positive attitude and strong upselling skills are a must.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages according to recipes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Handle cash, card, and mobile payments at the register
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Use upselling techniques to promote menu items and specials
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders from suppliers as needed
• Restock ingredients and supplies
• Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous barista or food service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and ordering processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Barista: 1 year (Preferred)
