What You'll Be Brewing Up

As a Barista at GREAT BEAR COFFEE, you’ll be the heart and soul of our café, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile (and a delicious cup of coffee). Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Crafting and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages with precision and care.
• Providing exceptional customer service by creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the café to ensure a top-notch experience for all.
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Handling transactions efficiently and accurately.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate who brings the following to the table:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (bonus points if you’re a coffee enthusiast!).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and team members.
• A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Trustworthiness and reliability—we count on you to keep things running smoothly!
• A passion for coffee and a desire to learn and grow in the craft.
