Job Overview

As a Team Member at Fujiissa, you will play a key role in daily operations, preparing products, assisting customers, and supporting overall store performance. This position is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare matcha drinks and ice cream with consistency and quality
• Maintain knowledge of matcha products, ingredients, and preparation techniques
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment
• Operate the cashier system, including learning and using the Chowbus system
• Manage and restock inventory to ensure products are always available
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and consistency in product preparation
• Basic familiarity with POS systems is a plus (training provided)
• Proficiency in English required; Chinese, Korean, and Japanese language skills are a plus
