Barista

We are a Parisian inspired cafe and patisserie in Philadelphia seeking a full/part time Barista to join our team. We currently have part time availability for our Fitler Square location, and are also hiring for our Fairmount location opening in late May!

This role combines crafting exceptional cafe classics, specials, and selling our house made pastries. Must be able to maintain a clean and organized workspace, and top-notch customer service. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of barista experience in a customer-oriented environment. Strong communication, multitasking, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential. You should be passionate about food and beverage, as well as creating a welcoming, friendly atmosphere for customers and staff alike. Hourly Pay starts at $19/hr + pooled tips

Must be available to work at least one weekend day ( Saturday / Sunday )!

Key Responsibilities:

Barista Duties:

• Prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks to meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and coffee station.
• Take customer orders, ensure accuracy, and deliver orders promptly.
• Engage with customers and provide exceptional service.
• Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment (espresso machines, grinders, etc.).
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed (milk, syrups, coffee beans, etc.).
• Follow health and safety regulations for food and beverage handling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $28.00 per hour
