Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
• Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing friendly service to enhance their experience
• Operate POS system to process transactions efficiently and accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling, preparation, and sanitation procedures
• Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering, basic math calculations, and balancing cash drawers at shift end
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring quality standards are met for all menu items
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while multitasking seamlessly

Qualifications

• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively within a team
• Experience in food industry settings or retail food service is a plus but not required
• Demonstrated commitment to maintaining cleanliness, safety standards, and excellent customer interactions

Store Hours/Shift Time:

Mon-Sat: 6am-6pm

Sunday: 7am-6pm
