41Fork is a Milwaukee-based hospitality group creating elevated food, beverage, and event experiences through a portfolio of distinct brands. Our work spans catering, venues, and experiential hospitality, each built with intention, creativity, and operational excellence.

We are currently hiring for a part-time Barista position. This is an hourly role plus tips. The cafe's operating hours will be Monday - Friday, from 7:00am to 4:00pm.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they arrive, assist with any questions or concerns.
• Providing quality beverages, whole bean and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
• Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep the store operating to standard.
• Keep equipment operating by following directions, ability to troubleshoot simple malfunctions on own.
• Ensure that the store area is clean, orderly, and well stocked at all times.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment with active participation and knowledge of city food and safety regulations.
• Accurate cash handling skill
• Ensure that all complaints are resolved in a positive manner with a high level of customer service. Keep customers happy, generate repeat business.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Great muti-taking skills required, ability to execute client orders while processing payment transactions.
• Effective and professional communication skill
• Independent but collaborative when necessary.

Education and Experience:

• Prior barista training preferred but not required.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• None

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing.
• Must be able to lift, balance, and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
