We are seeking morning baristas who are well-spoken, passionate about serving Italian coffee, food and wine in a truly special neighborhood setting. Previous barista experience is requiered

Bar Pisellino is fashioned in the tradition of Italian bars featuring the best local and seasonal products, local breweries, and Italian wines and spirits. Full-time and part time opportunities (early morning and weekend availability is required). We are looking for baristas who also have a knowledge of spirits and cocktails.

Bar Pisellino is owned and operated by James Beard Award winning Chefs Rita Sodi and Jody Williams. Their group of businesses, all located in the West Village, includes Bar Pisellino, I Sodi, Via Carota, Buvette and The Commerce Inn.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year barista experience in a high-volume.

• Ability to pour latte art.

• Comfortable handling multiple drink orders, food prep, and customer service at once

• Strong knowledge of espresso, coffee dialing, milk steaming, and drink consistency

• Friendly, team-oriented, and professional under pressure

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
