Barista – Café Jackson Hole

We’re looking for an experienced barista to join our team at Café Jackson Hole, a cozy, fast-paced café built for locals and visitors to feel at home.

This is not just a coffee job — we’re building a space where customers come back daily, know your name, and feel like part of the community.

What we’re looking for:

• 1–2 years of barista experience (required)
• Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Team player mindset — reliable, respectful, and accountable
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
• Someone who can connect with customers, build relationships, and turn first-time guests into regulars

What you’ll do:

• Prepare high-quality coffee and espresso drinks consistently
• Maintain speed and accuracy during busy hours
• Provide warm, welcoming service to every guest
• Engage with customers — learn names, remember orders, and create a community vibe
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and efficient
• Support team members and help maintain a smooth workflow
