Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair.
• Engage with customers warmly, taking orders efficiently and providing friendly, attentive service.
• Operate POS systems to process transactions accurately and swiftly.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas.
• Handle cash, perform cashiering duties, and manage food handling responsibilities with integrity.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in food preparation as needed to enhance guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous barista experience or background in coffee service is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and transaction accuracy.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling, and proper food preparation techniques.
